Around the House

Along the front of the house is a paved area that is shaded by a pergola covered with wisteria and virginia creeper. Further there is a spacy Piazza and shaded parking lots that also can be used to play a game of table tennis.
On the south side there is a large terrace shaded by an almond tree, a pleasant place to take your lunch or to have a barbecue in the evenings.
Below the sun terrace are two garden terraces, and below that a swimming pool ( 9 x 4.5 m), surrounded by a 60 mē sun deck. Next to the pool is a large grass area fit for ball games.
At the back of the house is a separate entrance and garden for the caretaker's flat that was built from the old stables and storage rooms.
